Film: Story Line. Sheriff Jim Tanner and his aide Barbara investigate a series of horrific animal assaults in his village and track them back to a former view source military researcher, Dr. Hyde, whose government funding for a dinosaur cloning project was stopped. To rescue Tanner and Barbara, the Pentagon dispatches a strike team after learning Hyde had received funding from a foreign country to conduct his research.
