Film breakdown: Jurassic World: Dominion

Jurassic World's Dominion is perhaps the most disappointing film I've ever experienced, even though I've watched a lot of poor films as a critic. The third movie of the Jurassic World trilogy and the sixth installment in the Jurassic Park series as a overall failed to meet the expectations of the film. The film's inevitable inability to impress was clear immediately.

In Jurassic World: Dominion, the thrilling idea is that dinosaurs, a non-welcome species, will soon take over the world. Instead of running with the idea of expanding it, the movie keeps it simple by restricting the dinosaurs to a smaller park. This is only one of the numerous flaws in the film.

One of the film's major difficulties is that it falls short of the high standards it set for itself, Jurassic World: Dominion. The audience was promised not just a satisfying end to the Jurassic World series, but additionally, massive improvements. Furthermore, it was advertised as the ultimate conclusion to the trilogy. Many viewers felt disappointed and let down by the film's lack of ability to meet the high expectations set out by the marketing.

The plot of Jurassic World: Dominion is boring and complicated to the point where it's almost nonsensical due to the fact that it tries to encompass the main characters from prior films regardless of whether this is logical. The historical figures are reduced to blank blanks and the plot is presented poorly and at an unnatural time. There's a significant hole in the plot at this moment. The film's runtime is so long that , by the time the title screen appears, you'll be wondering what the heck it was all about.

Jurassic World: Dominion tries to keep its audience interested by synchronizing two dull and unrelated plotlines, however it is utterly unsuccessful. Despite the obvious presence of the Stegosaurus however, the movie seems to ignore it all the way through, leaving viewers to wonder why it even made it into the film at all.

While Jurassic World: Dominion may (update) be an improvement over the highly criticized Jurassic Park III, that's not enough to warrant acclaim. Due to the series' lack of experience in crafting compelling plots, this film could be one of the worst. All said and done, Jurassic World: Dominion is a terrible, pointless wasted time. It's disappointing to both long-time Jurassic Park fans and new viewers.

Basically, if you're an enthusiast of the Jurassic Park movies, you need to skip this one. Instead, look up the original Jurassic Park movie again. It is widely believed to be the best.
